She was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Advertising specializing in Copywriting at the Alejandro de Humboldt University. Ms. Laura emigrated to Lima, Perú where she dedicated herself to working as a specialist in social media marketing and received certification as a UX Writer at the CoderHouse digital skills school. She currently resides in Bogotá, Colombia, emigrating for the third time. This gives her a multicultural experience that allows her to understand first-hand what it is to be an immigrant. Ms. Laura is fluent in Spanish and English. She is passionate about new digital trends and likes to keep up with new technologies.

Luciana is a Records Specialist at James Immigration Law, where she helps ensure that client records are managed with accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
