James Immigration Law \u2014 SMS Program Terms of Service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By opting in to receive text messages from James Immigration Law, you agree to the following terms:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Program Description:<\/strong> James Immigration Law may send you text messages related to your case status, appointment reminders, and general client communications (“Service” messages), as well as marketing and promotional messages about our services (“Marketing” messages), depending on which type(s) you have opted in to receive.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Opting out:<\/strong> You can cancel SMS communications at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send “STOP”, we will send you a message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive messages again, you can opt in again as you did the first time. <\/span><\/li>
  3. Help:<\/strong> If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at (772) 539-8400<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Costs:<\/strong> Message and data rates may apply for messages we send you and those you send us. The frequency of messages may vary. If you have questions about your data or messaging plan, please contact your mobile carrier. <\/span><\/li>
