Brittanie James is the Founding Attorney and Chief Executive Officer of James Immigration Law. Her passion was born early, during a high school internship, when she witnessed firsthand the injustices of the immigration system and the pain of watching a child being separated from their mother through an immigration process. In that moment, she understood that she wanted to dedicate her life to using the law as a tool to protect families, reunite them, and defend their rights. <\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/p>

Today, Brittanie is one of only 79 Board Certified immigration attorneys in the entire state of Florida, and the only one with this certification in Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Okeechobee, and Brevard counties. Brittanie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in 2009 and her law degree (J.D., cum laude) from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles in 2011.<\/p>

Before founding James Immigration Law, she gained experience at both one of the country’s largest corporate immigration firms and in boutique private practice. This combination allows her to offer a comprehensive approach: strategic, compassionate, and results-oriented, without losing sight of the person behind each case. <\/span><\/p>
